SUMMARY: At the September 8, 2005 Board Strategic
Planning Session, the Board requested each committee review or create a
committee “charge.” Attached as Exhibit 2-A is a draft charge for the Technical Advisory Committee. Also attached as Exhibit 2-B is a draft charge for the Policy
Advisory Committee.
RECOMMENDATION: The
committee should discuss the draft TAC charge and recommend edits for review by
the Board at its December 2005 meeting.
The TAC should review the proposed PAC charge with their respective PAC members. District staff recommends the TAC and PAC meet jointly on December 6, 2005 to finalize the committee charges.
